DISCOVER GOLDENOT

OTServerList: turn a server list into an informed choice.

A list helps you discover servers; choosing one means understanding how its world works. Use this guide to turn an OTServerList search into a comparison that fits the way you play.

Find the official directory

The directory is called OTServList, at otservlist.org. If you arrived by searching for “OTServerList”, the link below takes you to the original service. This is a GoldenOT team guide, published independently: we are not the directory and claim no partnership, endorsement or position on it.

Start with the version and the experience

The directory’s advanced search lets you search a name and select type, version and country. Begin with your preferred version, then visit each candidate’s website. The client version alone does not describe the map, quests, PvP or custom systems.

Read the numbers before choosing

The listing includes fields such as Players / Max, Uptime and EXP. Treat them as starting points. A snapshot of connected players does not describe the whole community; availability does not measure your connection’s latency; an advertised EXP rate does not replace the full stage table.

A worksheet for your shortlist

Write down the table’s answers for two or three projects. If a detail is not published, mark it unconfirmed and ask their support team. Missing information is not a promise of stability, no resets or easy progression.

From the list to your first login

Before creating a character, confirm the project’s domain, supported platforms, rules and current world stage. Agree on a world with your friends. For GoldenOT, use our own downloads or the Web access linked from our website; this guide does not require the directory’s launcher.

Which OTServer should you choose: Tibia 8.60, 8.0 or 7.72?

GoldenOT offers three independent worlds. The base version helps you recognize the style, but each world has its own features. Open the introduction for the world that interests you and check its wiki before creating a character.

Does a higher online count mean a better OTServer?

The counter gives you a snapshot of activity. It does not tell you whether you will find a group at your usual playing time, enjoy the PvP rules or like the progression. Visit the project when you expect to play and read its rules. OTServList rules prohibit falsifying player counts, records and uptime; a position on the list still does not guarantee a server’s quality.

Does high EXP always mean faster progression?

Compare the range for the level you want to reach. On a server with stages, the multiplier changes as you advance; an advertised rate may describe only one part of that journey. Skills, magic and loot have their own conditions too. Use the table and calculator in our rates guide to understand base EXP before considering bonuses.

Can you play a listed server on a phone?

Being listed does not confirm Android or browser support. Check the platforms on each project’s website. On GoldenOT, Goldera, Lunara and Nadira offer Windows, Android and Web access. Choose the same world as your friends: characters, inventories and progress are separate between worlds.
