Forge

Use emblems on equipment
Place eligible equipment in your backpack and use the emblem directly on it. Equipped items, other people's items, containers and Forge materials are rejected. The Forge window converts emblems; it does not select equipment for upgrades.
Chances and ranges
The chances of reaching +1, +2, +3, +4, +5, +6 and +7 are 90%, 75%, 55%, 40%, 22%, 8% and 3%, respectively. Bronze works on items at +0, +1 or +2; silver at +3 or +4; golden at +5 or +6. The limit is +7.
Failure and Downgrade Protector
Each valid attempt consumes an emblem. Without protection, failure lowers the item by one level, down to +0; the equipment is not destroyed. A protector adds five charges, up to 50. The package is consumed only if all five fit. A charge is used only to prevent a downgrade: success and failure at +0 do not consume protection.
Convert emblems
The Forge Machine exchanges three bronze for one silver, or three silver for one golden. There is no reverse conversion. Conversion uses the materials you are carrying.
Effect on Goldera
Each level adds +1 to applicable base attack, defense and armor attributes. For wands/rods, the additional attack is included in weapon damage. An equipped +7 item grants 4% spell damage; multiple +7 items stack their bonuses. Forge upgrades and orb enchantments can coexist, with separate progression.
