Find Benjamin at the Thais post office and stand within 3 tiles. Say pack or empacotar to open the list of cosmetics you can package. The service is free.
Choose and confirm
- Use pack proxima and pack anterior to browse the list.
- Type pack followed by the displayed number to select the cosmetic.
- Confirm with pack sim or pack confirma. To cancel, say pack cancelar.
- The menu expires after 90 seconds; open it again if needed.
What can be packaged
The cosmetic must belong to the character, be permanent and be in the allowed catalog. Disable its appearance before packaging. The service does not work during combat, trading or transformation. Outfit certificates preserve exactly the parts and addons you own.
Trade the certificate
Packaging removes the character's right to use that cosmetic and gives them a certificate. Use the in-game trade window to deliver the certificate and receive the agreed payment. The buyer uses the certificate to unlock the cosmetic on their own character.
Keep it safe
The certificate can stay in its owner's inventory or depot. Transfer to another player must use in-game trade: the ground, mail, Market and Personal Shop are not accepted. If the character dies, the certificate is protected in depot 1.
