Buy
Stand in front of an unowned house's door and use !buyhouse. Premium, level 30 and a bank balance are required. The purchase price is five times the house's rent.
Keep your house
Keep enough balance for rent. Purchasing and rent charges are separate operations. Check the house and its notices before payment is due.
Sell or leave
Use !sellhouse to begin a sale and !leavehouse to return the house. Check the recipient and conditions before confirming. An installed Resting Tub returns as a package to the previous owner's town depot.
