Help assistant

Disponibilidade
Active in this world's Help channel (7). No client update is required.
How to ask
Talk naturally in Help: hi; can anyone help me; Desert Quest how many people?; how many guilds online; admin online?; WhatsApp; Discord; community; website; forge guide. The @help prefix is optional.
Languages and knowledge
Portuguese, English and Spanish, with answers reviewed for each world. The assistant uses a local knowledge base with no paid AI service. Quest coverage is limited to confirmed steps; it does not assume character progress or answer every subject.
Conversation without spam
After a content answer, the account waits 30 seconds before another question. Greetings, initial guidance and ignored messages do not use that interval; admission protection allows 2 seconds per account and one question per second per world. Answers wait at least 2 seconds and respect 5 seconds between posts. The same topic and language are not repeated for 2 minutes. Human support has priority.
Privacy and outages
The assistant does not access accounts, passwords, payments or administrative commands, and does not send questions to external services. Do not post personal data in Help. If the assistant becomes unavailable, the channel keeps working.
Account problems or incorrect information
Use a private ticket on the website and state the world. The assistant does not execute commands, move items or apply punishments.
Version 1.0.1 — 7 October 2026
Available across all three worlds. Link requests after an answer have separate repetition control, preserving account and channel limits. Forge explains Lunara and Nadira differences; glove and belt are also recognized in the singular. Version 1.0.0 began deployment in Lunara, with local answers, spam protection and moderation preserved.
Version 1.1.0 — 7 October 2026
Fixed silence for tutor and administrator accounts. Short greetings in Portuguese, English and Spanish receive guidance. Recognized questions work without a command. The 30-second interval starts after content answers; greetings and ignored messages do not block the next question for that time. Moderation, isolation, queue limits and repetition control are preserved.
Version 1.1.1 — 7 October 2026
Expanded recognition of natural, polite requests in PT, EN and ES. Phrases such as I need help with forge identify the correct topic. Ambiguous questions ask for clarification; short follow-ups such as what next? prompt the player to include the system name without guessing context. Ordinary conversations do not become questions merely because they contain que. World-specific catalogs, moderation, queue and CPU/memory limits are preserved. Only the helper was updated, without world restarts or client updates. Tests used fictional players and secrets in isolation; they do not represent graphical-client conversations or real load.
Current links and information
WhatsApp and Discord use invitations published on the official website. Requests about online players and guilds link to the world's pages. The bot does not confirm live counts or administrator availability; admin online? leads to tickets. Questions about another version do not receive mixed rules from different worlds.
Version 1.2.1 — 7 October 2026
New answers for hi, help requests, online guilds and players, team contact, WhatsApp, Discord, community, website and wiki. Desert Quest checked separately in all three worlds. Official links included in referral answers. Protections and conversation improvements from version 1.1.1 remain.
Version 1.2.0 — 7 October 2026
Knowledge base expanded with houses, banking, tubs, Prey, Boosted, glove and belt drops, boss conditions and cosmetic certificates. Goldera includes orb details; Lunara includes gems. New quest steps only when confirmed in the corresponding world. Questions tolerate intervening words in recognized subjects.
Version 1.3.0 — 7 October 2026
Improved Portuguese, English and Spanish detection, even without a preceding greeting. New guidance for beginners, login, lag or client crashes, undelivered purchases, missing items and reports. Support and recovery requests include short instructions with the link. Unconfirmed quest steps point to the guide without substituting a different step. Spam intervals and controls are preserved.
Support examples
Ask one question at a time: I'm new, where do I start; my payment hasn't arrived; I can't log in; the game is freezing; I lost an item; I want to report a player. For quests, include the name and step. If a detail is unconfirmed, the helper explains that limitation.
Privacy and support
Account, purchase or item issues require private ticket support. Do not post passwords, access codes, receipts or payment details in Help. The helper does not confirm administrator presence, access private data or promise refunds or resolution times. See Support for details.
Version 1.3.1 — 7 October 2026
Fixed silence for short calls: alguém?, alguém aí?, tem alguém?, adm and adm on. Also recognizes anyone?, anybody there?, alguien? and hay admin?. Help calls explain how to ask; calls for staff lead to tickets without asserting online presence. Recognition requires the entire call, avoiding replies to mentions in ordinary conversations. Moderation and spam intervals are preserved.
Version 1.3.2 — 8 October 2026
Fixed silence for alguém on?. Presence and help requests now combine expressions such as tem alguém online?, alguém pode me ajudar?, tem algum adm aí?, anyone online? and hay alguien conectado?. Greetings and please are accepted in these calls. Online player count requests still lead to the world's page. Conversational mentions and messages about other topics are not treated as presence calls. The bot does not assert that an administrator is available; moderation and spam intervals are preserved.
